For safety reasons, there is no admittance 5 min. after class begins.

Reservations are required up to 1 week before the next class. If class is full, get on the wait list.

Any NO SHOW without cancellation, will result in a $10 class fee charged to account.

Please bring water and a towel into class. If you're new to a class, welcome. Please make instructor aware.

You can easily try our services for free, and decide which workout is better for you. Just let us know what training you prefer.
